Blisk Racing Wheels is a product of Bikerepair Ian, Customer Care and/or satisfaction has high priority within and outside our shop walls. 

Therefore we aim to make our product with the highest care and precision. All our wheels are build in house & by hand! 

To our opinion this is the only way we can make sure that it has been build by the highest standards and precision. 

We aim to continuously develop our products to the latest and/or reliable techniques, we can only do this by testing and abusing every new model, if the wheel survives our test pilots, it will survive you!

We have been testing several rim suppliers and we chose the best! Our rim supplier provides us a warranty of 4 years, so we just transfer this warranty our customers.

Warranty Policy: 

​

BLISK warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of four years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner, is not transferable and only applicable if the original purchase invoice can be shown.

Warranty limitations

​

The BLISK warranty covers exclusively the manufacturing defects of its products and excludes, notably, from its scope of application any damage, prejudice and, more generally, any direct or indirect consequence which would result from bad use or failure to respect user instructions, the lack of maintenance or a non-conforming use of the product.

The buyer should always use carbon fiber approved rim brake pads if road/cyclocross rims are used with rim brake.

Failure due to all other brake pads usage is not covered in the warranty.

Warranty expires when: 

- The wheels are no longer in their original purchased assembled condition.

- Other parts are used then the original Blisk Parts.

- Non Blisk approved technicians messed around with Blisk wheels.

The BLISK warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear.
Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use and riding in conditions / usage for applications other than recommended.

Wear and tear parts are identified as:

• Brake pad wear

• Brake surface of tubular and clincher rims

• Ball bearings

• Freewheel body

• Spokes & nipples

Crash replacement policy by rider mistakes: 

​

• 0 - 24 MONTHS after date of purchase €350,00 by all accidents including spokes and nipples.

• 24 - 36 MONTHS after date of purchase € 350,00 for rim only included assembly - excl spokes and nipples.

• + 36 MONTHS after date of purchase € 350,00 for rim only excl assembly, spokes and nipples.
